I did some more digging around in their knowledge base and they only list "Powerchute Personal Edition" as the proper compatible software. APC PowerChute Business Edition comes with a simple, user-friendly interface that integrates multiple functions, which can be accessed with minimum efforts, even by less experienced users. I apologize for dragging this out so long, but I have a mission in my mind now that I can't fall back on. Maybe when I get some cash I'll go out and buy one of these fancy UPS's supported under the Business Edition.

Oh, and by the way azn-1337, it doesn't appear that there is a version of Powerchute Plus on their site that works with windows 2000 (which is what I need).

Edit - Note that the documentation says it supports "Any Back-UPS, Back-UPS Pro, or PowerStack", so I don't see why yours wouldn't be supported.
